A loss, finally!

It took several weeks, but I finally got the scale moving in the right direction! All of my work this week finally did it. I am down 2.2 lbs since last Friday!

Since I’m starting over again, it is the smallest downward line ever, but it makes me so happy! I also noticed this week that I’ve been feeling a lot better too. Less depressed, angry, and sad. More positive. I want to keep this up! I’m going to continue to work on myself and push for more progress next week!

Also, summer is in full swing! I have been going out to our garage workout space with the family every night and pushing myself on the treadmill. We have some fans, but we sweat a lot.

I have been consistently counting my calories during the day. I eat salads, low-calorie Progresso soups, 100-cal popcorn bags, and 40-calorie popsicles to stay cool.

Also, a weird thing happened on Wednesday. I felt really tired and had a headache. I didn’t want to eat or do anything. Nausea came over me. I think it was the sugar crash. I’ve dealt with it before, but it always is weird. Luckily it didn’t last very long but I might deal with it again.

That’s about it for my update. The weekend is the hardest part. I will do my best but those temptations are rough! To celebrating a new week!
