Chipping the weight away

Another good week down. It wasn’t easy though. My family all encouraged me and worked out with me. I worked out almost every day this week and took Sunday off. Well, I felt so sore!

I also tracked daily and ate much better. I am feeling more in control of my cravings again and find that 4 out of 5 times I can say no to junk food when the opportunity comes up.

Unfortunately, that time of the month came this week. I tend to always show a gain around this time. I did happen to lose, so I’m grateful! But I was hoping for a bit more.

Month 1:

7/21: -2.2

7/28: -1.2 Total: -3.4

I was a bit bummed. But considering, I am happy for the loss. A new week is beginning and another chance to lose even more. As they say, you don’t gain a bunch of weight all at once. It is slowly, a pound or 2 gained per week over time. Same with weight loss. Weight loss just seems sooo much slower than weight gain because I am so impatient.

That’s it for this weeks update. School is starting back up soon which will cut back on my morning workout times but I’ll adjust. Hope you all have a great weekend!

From my workout yesterday. I used to be able to do 3 miles in 50 minutes. Hope to get there again!
